HOPE’s Cheesecake has been providing a Gulf Coast favorite since 1996. HOPE’s is staffed by bakers with more than 30 years baking experience who are dedicated to making the best cheesecake money can buy and delivering it to you "dinner party ready". Our cheesecake with its unique crust is made in small batches with the finest ingredients like Kraft Philadelphia® cream cheese, fresh whole eggs, pure-cane sugar and juice squeezed from fresh lemons. We bake our cheesecakes to exacting standards five days a week in our Gulf Shores, Alabama bakery.
Please visit our bakery. We’re open Monday through Saturday from 9am until 5 pm each day. We are closed on Sundays.
